While the city slept, the E.F.F.E.C.T family was already locked in. Coach Dooley set the tone for the holiday with a bootcamp that had it all — every piece of equipment, every muscle tested, every rep powered by energy and drive.
From high-powered movement to high-powered music, the 5:30 crew burned calories, built strength, and started their day on fire. Holiday or not, they showed up, got it in, and got paid.
