The foundation of E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness, Bootcamp is where strength, conditioning, and community collide. Every session is built to challenge your body with a mix of cardio, bodyweight drills, and targeted strength training.
Equipment ranges from dumbbells, leg bands, thigh bands, arm bands, and even bricks to keep the workouts dynamic. A light set of dumbbells typically runs 2–8 lbs, while a heavy set runs 6–12 lbs, giving every athlete the right tools to push their limits.
